This is not 2008 !
This is not 2008 !
A lot of savvy investors are looking for 2008 kind of bloodbath so that they can invest in companies of their choice to get superior returns from their portfolios.
But looking back ..one must take a note that 2008 was a peak of euphoria in all asset classes be it risky or safe. Most of them were quoting at astronomical levels with huge euphoria...a small bit of good news was igniting stocks but all the bad news and warnings were being thrown out of the window.
Now..it seems that no one is interested in equities ., although markets are not dirt cheap but they are at reasonable levels of valuations.

Extremely oversold markets ! July-Aug 2011 crash
Almost all equity markets are oversold on historical basis ...so be cautious...they could rally equally sharp...Gold could correct is this happens..and don't forget the
power of Governments to print money and give stimulous(s)... They can destroy commodities' futures ..if they wish by increasing margins...
Esp..Dow is ridiculously oversold...

Gold Comex !
Comex Gold is in a very-very precarious situation of a meaningful correction in coming weeks.

(But if 1460$ is crossed then look for a new peak)
Should it goes below 1320$ then a bigger fall may take place.

QE 2.0 sending chilling waves !!
Never underestimate the powers of Governments , they can do whatever for good looking numbers.

Many markets ie. equities, commodities & currency are getting nervous prior to 3rd nov. event and may have started to discount a QE 2.0 below expactations. 3rd october's Fed meet is extremely important

What's real ?
Today's crash in Nifty & Sensex
>Nifty crashed 115 points today with huge premium in futures.
>Shanghai up 90 points
>Europe mostly closed in green
>Just a hoopla around COAL INDIA IPO created a panic in Indian Markets.
>Approximately 1000 billion USD are flying in ETF money worldwide and 300 billion are in Emerging market based ETFs. Coal India IPO is approx US$ 3 billion; then why all this panic talks in Media to create fear among small investors ( please note INVESTORS not Speculators ).
>As long as some specific levels holds in Indexes / stocks and stop losses are not triggered there should not be any CRASH in near term.ONE CAVEAT : US$ IS RIDICULOUSLY OVERSOLD WORLDWIDE , IT MAY BOUNCE BACK.
