These days are one of the most amazing ones for a real honest stock market trader/ investor.
News are confusing , bad and haunting about the Developed world economy , posing a sinking ship. Take Japan, Europe & US , things are not being told well. But if one is a deaf to all news drama , fear , talks and only listens to some technical studies then things appears to be not so bad , actually these guys are real genius innovators , not the BRIC countries .
Last week it was stated in Indian Parliament that much less then 1% of Indians are participating in NSE volumes and Mutual funds are net sellers on every rise , but on the other hand FIIs and HNIs are buying.
Some old favourite sectors like IT, telecom, power, realty & Exporters have not participated in this bull run 2009-10 , actually they have UNDERPERFORMED the entire market by a huge margin. This bull run has not been a SECULAR ONE. Not all stocks have participated , but only a few have.
Technically Dow is not so bad in consolidation formation, it is some what bullish and has a target of 11200 unfinished so far. It is not to say that it will happen but bullish target is possible ( bearish 7k target also possible).Maybe, during september , we might witness one heck of big move worldwide !.
