48k crore rupees ! are supposed to be spent by Indian telcos for getting 3G licences.
These guys are smart guys and they have changed Indian subcontinent since last decade and some of them are great visioneries , not speculators. So , they are going to shell out 48k crore from whatever financial source they have. They must have designed 3G utilities in their mind for Indian people. Still we don't see any ADs in print or TV with regards to 3G in a big way.
Governmnt may utilise this money to :-
-This 48k crore will find its way to Indian Infra, salaries, Oil cos, financial deficit and so on.
-Govt People will buy more white goods , cars , equity when they get hikes in salaries and bonus.
-Govt may spent this money to fund NREGA and many other social schems which ultimately benefit Indian economy. Thus non Govt people may also get boosted.
This whole money may possibly be seen as new STIMULOUS to INDIAN ECONOMY.
